摘 要:建立了黄柏中小檗碱含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱的方法测定黄柏中小檗碱的含量。色谱条件:InertislODS-3色谱柱(250mm×4.60mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈:0.10%磷酸=1:1,流速为0.80m L/min,检测波长为265nm,柱温为30℃;小檗碱的线性范围为1.06μg^11.60μg,其线性曲线为S=4.99×106Q+7.99×105(R2=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.77%,RSD值为3.87%。该含量方法具有简便、稳定、可重复的特点。In order to establish a method to determine berberine content in cortex phellodendri, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was adopted to determine the berberine content in cortex phellodendri. The chromatographic conditions were listed as followed: Inertisl ODS-3 column (250mm×4.60mm, 5μm) , the mobile phase acetonitrile : 0. 10% phosphoric = 1 : 1, flow rate 0. 80mL/min, detection wave length 265nm for berberline and column temperature 30℃. The results showed that the linear range of berberline was 1.16μg ~ 11.60μg and the linear curve was S = 4. 99× 106Q+7.99× 105( R2 = 0. 9999). The average recovery rate of the method was 98.77%, RSD was 3.87%. The conclusion was that this method was simple, stable and repeatable.
