利用涡虫头部再生构建促再生药物筛选模型

摘  要:为了能够有效地筛选促组织再生药物,建立一种促再生涡虫药物筛选模型。采用丹参注射液、天麻注射液、红花注射液、神经节苷脂钠注射液、N-N-二甲基乙酰胺等几种药物对日本三角涡虫头部的再生时间的影响作用,分析了日本三角涡虫头部再生对不同药物的差异性反应。结果显示同种药品在同一浓度下对不同日本三角涡虫个体的再生时间影响不显著(P>0.05),不同浓度下对日本三角涡虫的再生时间影响显著(P<0.05),不同药物之间对日本三角涡虫的再生时间的影响显著(P<0.05)。表明日本三角涡虫头部再生对不同药物反应灵敏,不同药物对涡虫头部再生有不同作用,可以作为神经再生药物筛选的一种生物模型。To effectively screen promoting tissue regeneration drug,a new promoting regeneration Dugesia japonica drug screening model was constructed.Through the effects of several drugs,such as Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection,Gastrodin Injection,Safflower Injection,Ganglioside Sodium Injection and N-N-dimethylacetamide,on the head regeneration time of Dugesia japonica,the differential response of the regeneration of the head to the different drugs was analyzed.The results showed that the effects of the same drug on the regeneration time of the different planarians at the same concentration were not significant(P0.05),the regeneration time of the different concentration was significant (P0.05),and the regeneration time was significantly different among different drugs (P0.05).The results indicated that the head regeneration of Dugesia japonica was sensitive to different drugs and could be used as a biological model for the screening of nerve regeneration drugs.
