摘 要:拮抗实验是鉴定菌株间遗传差异的传统方法,菌丝之间的拮抗反应是菌株间不同遗传特性的重要表现。将寒地5种黑木耳栽培菌种分别进行拮抗试验,确定雪梅1两3和916拮抗线不明显、拮抗作用比较弱,两者之间亲缘关系比较近;而LK7、雪梅黑厚、嘉峰7号三者之间拮抗线不明显、拮抗作用比较弱,三者间亲缘关系比较近。The experiment of antagonism is raditional methods of identifying genetic differences between strains,The antagonism between mycelium is an important manifestation of different genetic characteristics between strains.This study will researchthe five species of Auricularia auricula,It is found that the relationship between the xuemei1 liang3 and 916 antagonists is not obvious and the antagonism is weak,and the relationship between the two is relatively close,However,the antagonism between LK7,xuemeiheihou and jiafeng 7 is not obvious and the antagonism is weak,and the relationship between them are relatively close.
