浙江慈溪的可食草本野果资源及其利用

摘　　要：经野外调查,浙江慈溪有可食草本野果9科15属19种又4变种,其中11种可生食。分析了它们的科属分布、生活型、果实类型和生境;研究了食用方法;探讨了作野菜、作饲料以及绿化观赏等用途;开展了药用器官和药用价值的研究,其中3种具抗癌功效。最后评价了开发利用前景。According to the field investigation, it showed that there are 19 species and 4 varieties of edible herbaceous wild fruits in Cixi of Zhejiang Province, belonging to 9 families and 15 genera. 11 species of them are suitable for eating raw. Their family distribution, life type, fruit type and habitat were analyzed. The method of consumption was studied. The use of wild vegetables, feed and greening were discussed. The studies of medicinal organs and me- dicinal value had been carried out, and 3 species of them have anti-cancer properties. Finally, the development and utilization prospects were evaluated.
