社区综合干预防治新生儿黄疸的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社区干预防治新生儿黄疸的效果。方法对照组常规护理，研究组进行社区综合干预，从产前、产时、产后采取一系列干预措施，观察干预前后两组新生儿黄疸的相关变化指标。结果两组干预后母亲对新生儿黄疸知识知晓率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组干预后新生儿黄疸家庭保健率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组门诊治疗率、住院治疗率差异无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）。结论社区综合干预能明显提高母亲对新生儿黄疸的认知水平和家庭自我保健能力，能早发现、早治疗病理性黄疸，实现预防为主、有效防治新生儿黄疸的目的。Objective To explore the effect of community comprehensive intervention in the prevention and treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods The control group were routinely cared and the study group received community comprehensive intervention, taking a series of intervention measures before, during, and after the delivery. The changes of neonatal jaundice indicators were observed. Results There were statistical differences in the mothers＇ awareness rate of neonatal jaundice knowledge and household health care rate of neonatal jaundice （P 〈 0.01 or 0.05） but no in clinic treatment rate and hospitalization treatment rate （both P 〉 0.05） between these two groups. Conclusions Community comprehensive intervention can apparently raise the families＇ cognitive level of neonatal jaundice and self-care ability and help find and cure neonatal jaundice early and realize the purpose of preventing and treating neonatal jaundice, especially the former.
