摘　　要：目的探讨3D辅助胸腔复杂肿瘤切除手术中护理的配合。方法复习分析3D辅助胸腔复杂肿瘤切除手术患者的临床资料，总结该例手术的术前护理准备、器械准备，术中护理配合等经验。结果通过精心的护理配合，手术顺利完成，历时7．5h肿瘤完整切除，术中出血2000ml，术后恢复情况良好。结论通过3D模型，护士能够更加直观的了解手术需求，进行良好的护理配合，为高难度手术的顺利完成提供有力的护理支持。Objective To explore the nursing cooperation of 3D assisted resection of complex thoracic tumor. Methods Reviewed and analyzed the clinical data of patients with thoracic complex tumor resection assisted by 3D, and summarized the experience of preoperative nursing preparation, equipment preparation, intraoperative nursing cooperation and so on. Results By the careful nursing cooperation, the operation was completed successfully, which lasted for 7.5 hours, the tumor was completely resected, the intraoperative bleeding was 2 000 ml, and the postoperative recovery was fine. Conclusion Nurses can more intuitively understand the needs of surgery, and provide strong support for difficult surgery by the 3D model.
