摘　　要：七叶皂苷类成分是七叶树属植物种子娑罗子中的主要有效成分。该文综述了七叶皂苷钠的化学成分、药理作用、不良反应等。七叶皂苷钠的药理作用广，新的研究进展不断出现。本文可为进一步开展七叶皂苷类成分研究开发、现有品种的技术升级、安全有效的应用于临床提供参考。Aescinate is the main active ingredient in the seeds of the Buckeyes plant. This paper reviews the chemical constituents, pharmacological effects, and adverse effects of sodium aescinate. Sodium aescinate has wide pharmacological effects and new research advances are emerging. This paper may provide a reference for the research and development of sodium aescinate components, variety of technical upgrades, and safe and effective application in clinic.
