摘 要:为确定导致重庆某大鲵人工养殖基地突发疾病的病原菌,试验从患病大鲵的肝脏分离出优势菌株(KN6-L211),通过人工感染鲫鱼进行致病性试验,采用菌落形态观察、生理生化特性分析、16S r DNA基因序列分析及常用药物的敏感性测定等方法鉴定该分离菌及其耐药状况,结果表明:该分离菌株KN6-L211为浅黄金黄单胞菌,该菌对鲫鱼具有很强的致病性,对头孢唑啉、头孢呋辛、头孢他啶、多西环素、氯霉素、吡哌酸、左氧氟沙星、四环素等8种药物高度敏感。To understand the pathogenic bacteria at a Giant Salamander farm in Chongqing,a predominant strain named KN6-L211 was isolated from the liver of diseased Giant Salamander. Based on pathogenic test by artificial infection of Crucian,colonial morphology,biochemical assays,16 S r DNA analysis and antibiotic sensitivity test,the isolates and their drug resistance were identified. The resultsindicatedthat KN6-L211 was identified as Pseudomonas Luteola,the strain had strong pathogenicity to crucian and high sensitivity to 8 kinds of antibiotics,including cefazolin,cefuroxime,ceftazidime,doxycycline,chloromycetin,pipemidic acid,levofloxacinand tetracycline.
