摘　　要：[目的]研究川芎的化学成分.[方法]采用回流提取法提取,硅胶、反相硅胶等手段分离纯化.利用化合物理化性质及波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定.[结果]从川芎中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为棕榈酸(Ⅰ)、洋川芎内酯H(Ⅱ)、洋川芎内酯I(Ⅲ)和阿魏酸(Ⅳ).OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Ligusticum chuanxiong.METHODS The reflux extraction was employed to get extracts,normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography were used for isolation and purification.The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTSFour compounds were isolated fromLigusticum chuanxiong,and they were identified as palmitic acid（Ⅰ）,senkyunolide H（Ⅱ）,senkyunolide I（Ⅲ）and ferulic acid（Ⅳ）.
