商业资本促进集体林业发展综论

摘　　要：农村的发展关系到我国经济的稳定与繁荣,随着集体林改革的深入,充分发挥集体林的效益成为确权后的重要内容。长期以来由于集体林自身特点和制度上的缺陷,其发展资金都由国家财政支持,但是巨大需求缺口单靠政府一己之力难以发挥作用,而商业资本进入集体林业发展,将为集体林业的发展发挥不可忽视的作用。本文从目前集体林业发展的基本情况和发展困境入手,分析商业资本进入的必要性和可行性,最后指出商业资本进入集体林业的方式。The development of countryside is related to the stability and prosperity of our nation. With Deeping reform of, it becomes important to play to the benefit of the collective forestry. During a long time, because of the characteristics and institutional defectsof collective forestry, the capital needed in countryside mainly come from financial support, but it can not satisfy the great need of money. The business-capital fills the gap and plays a great role in collective forestry development. This paper talks about the feasibility,entering meanings and effect of business-capital briefly.
