摘 要:本文整理分析了国内外近十年来旅游电子商务研究文献,着重从现状与对策、旅游网站、旅游消费者行为、移动旅游电子商务、新技术在旅游电子商务中的应用这几大方面对当前学者们的研究进行评述。通过将国内外研究状况进行对比,总结了目前国内旅游电子商务研究的不足之处。最后笔者从研究内容、方法、角度方面对未来研究进行了展望。Online travel market share continued to expand, more and more scholars pay attention to the study of tourism e-commerce.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign literature on tourism e-commerce in recent ten years. This paper reviews the current scholars' research from these aspects include the present situation and countermeasures, tourism websites, tourism consumer behavior,mobile tourism e-commerce, new technology applications in tourism e-commerce. By comparing the research situation about the domestic and foreign, it is found that the study volume of domestic tourism e-commerce is quite large, but the repeat research phenomenon is serious and the research content is not enough novel. At the same time, research depth is not enough maybe because of lack of the long-term and sustainability studies. The scope and perspective of domestic tourism e-commerce research has to be broaden. Finally, the author looks forward to the future research in terms of research contents, methods and perspectives.
