摘　　要：近年来,旅游尤其是滨海类旅游资源日益火爆,与此同时,旅游对旅游目的地的社会文化影响也引发学者更多的关注。不同于旅游对目的地的经济影响产生的即时性,旅游对社会文化的影响难以用精准数据衡量,具有滞后性、隐秘性和抽象性的特点,无法制定出衡量影响大小的准确尺度(1)。本文以三亚社区居民的调查问卷为一手数据来源,通过分析调查问卷来洞悉旅游行为之于目的地文化的深刻作用,辩证对待旅游地居民、旅游活动开展和文化变迁三者之间的关系,对日后城市旅游政策和旅游办法的制定和执行提供切实可行的依据,对探索旅游地的文化机理和旅游发展策略的实施也有裨益。In recent years, tourism, especially coastal tourism resources are becoming increasingly popular. At the same time, the social and cultural impact of tourism on tourist destination has also attracted more attention. Unlike the real impact of tourism on the economic impact of the destination, the impact of tourism on social culture is difficult to measure with precision data, with hysteresis,concealment and abstraction, and can not formulate an accurate measure of the magnitude of the impact 1. This paper takes the questionnaire of Sanya community residents as the primary data source, analyzes the questionnaire to understand the profound role of tourism behavior in the destination culture, dialectically treats the residents of tourism, the relationship between tourism activities and cultural change. The future of urban tourism policy and the development and implementation of tourism methods to provide practical basis for the exploration of tourism venues and tourism development strategy of the implementation of the strategy are of great benefit.
