摘　　要：以水性环氧改性丙烯酸树脂作为主要成膜物质,搭配高亚氨基甲醚化氨基树脂作为固化剂;选用合适的防锈料、消泡剂、防沉剂等原料,制备的水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆,既保证了产品的耐候性,又提高了产品本身的防腐性能,可应用于沟槽管件浸涂工艺的涂装生产。Waterborne modified epoxy acrylic resin as main film forming material is matched with hyperimino methylated amino resin as curing agent; appropriate raw materials such as antirust material, antifoam agents and anti-settling agents are selected to prepare waterborne acrylic acid amino baking paint, not only ensuring products＇ weathering resistance, but also improving products＇ anticorrosive performance. It can be used in coating production for grooved pipe fittings leaching processes.
