摘　　要：从生产能力、产品结构与市场、环保政策对企业的影响3方面,综述了国内外钛白粉市场现状。介绍了联产法硫酸法钛白粉工艺的背景及定义,并着重描述了其清洁工艺的特征。Titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid process technology improvement, along with the development of the national regulations, based on the comprehensive utilization of recycling economy and sustainable industrial chain, the new production technology shows its unique economic benefits and social benefits. Although the simultaneous production technology has certain regional characteristics, it is proved to realize sustainable, green and clean production with the sulfuric acid method. The new process will become the future foundation, a new environmental policies and supervision mechanism of titanium dioxide production. Driven by environmental regulations, enterprises must increase the research to reduce taxes and fees and improve the economic benefits and social benefits.
