小花棘豆黄华碱小鼠增重效应研究

摘  要:小花棘豆是内蒙古西部地区主要的有毒植物之一,可以引起家畜慢性中毒,小花棘豆中毒早期动物体重增长较快,但是否与黄华碱-小花棘豆的主要生物碱之一有关尚不清楚。本研究以blab/c小鼠为研究对象,分别经灌胃给予18.5 mg/kg、37 mg/kg、74 mg/kg小花棘豆黄华碱,连续9d。结果发现37 mg/kg和74 mg/kg试验组小鼠增重明显,肝脏指数明显上升,血糖明显降低。该结果表明黄华碱是导致动物小花棘豆中毒早期体重增长较快的主要因素之一。Oxytropis glabra DC. is the one of most widespread poisonous plant in west area of Inner Mongolia and it cloud cause chronic intoxication for domestic animal. Animal with symptoms show excessive weight gain in the prior of poisonous,whether this effect related to thermopsine of Oxytropis glabra DC. is no clear. In present study,the blab/c mice were intragastric administration with thermopsine in 18. 5 mg/kg,37 mg/kg and 74 mg/kg,respectively,with 9 consecutive days. The results indicated that the weight gain and liver coefficient increased significantly,blood glucose decreased significantly in group of 37 mg/kg and 74 mg/kg.The results demonstrated that thermopsine maybe the one of most reason of excessive weight gain in the early poisonous animals.
