摘  要:通过介绍冷链物流的特殊性,指出温度和在途时间是影响冷链物流费用的两个重要因素,继而根据生鲜易腐食品随时间和温度变化的特征,建立以成本为目标函数的物流配送模型,最后通过案例借助matlab得出优化的物流配送路径,再计算出案例的物流配送成本。对生鲜易腐食品的配送具有一定的指导意义。In this paper, through introducing the special characteristics of cold chain logistics, we pointed out that temperature and in- transit time were two important factors influencing the cost of the cold chain logistics process; then in view of the propensity of the fresh perishable food to deteriorate with the progress of time and due to temperature change, we built the logistics distribution model with cost as the objective function; and at the end, through a case study, we derived the optimal logistics distribution route using matlab and used it as the basis to calculate the logistics distribution cost in that case.
