摘　　要：心血管疾病目前成为人类面临的重大健康问题，也是全球死亡的首要原因。时至今日很多新的复杂危险因素（比如睡眠、大气污染、社会心理因素、血清皮质醇、c反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、月经初潮年龄等）的提出，让人们对心血管疾病危险因素有了更深的认识。本文对目前心血管疾病危险因素的最新进展以及影响机制进行综述，以期为心血管疾病的预防、治疗以及护理提供依据。Cardiovascular disease has become a major heahh problem facing human beings, and it is also the leading cause of death world wide.Now Cardiovascular disease risk factors have been found and many new complex risk factors （such as sleep, atmospheric pollution, social psychological factors, cortisol, C-reactiveprotein, homocysteine, age at menarche etc.） are put forward, which let people have a deeper understanding. In this paper, the recent advances in cardiovascular disease risk factors and influence mechanism are reviewed, so as to provide basis and support for cardiovascular disease in prevention, treatment and nursing.
