摘  要:3D打印技术(three—dimensional printing technology)是快速成型技术的一种,它是以计算机三维设计为基础,采用粉末状金属、塑料等可粘合材料,通过分层制造、逐层叠加的方式来构造相应的模型的技术。3D打印可通过术前扫描进行三维重建,制定相应模型并进行术前规划和模拟手术,较好地预估骨性结构异常及椎动脉走向,提高颈椎椎弓根螺钉内固定术的准确性和安全性,降低了螺钉穿透骨皮质的风险,缩短手术时间,减少了术中失血量及严重并发症(如损伤脊髓、椎动脉)的发生。相较于传统徒手置钉法而言,3D打印技术大大提高了手术的精准性和安全性,在临床上具有广阔的应用前景。本文就3D打印技术在颈椎椎弓根螺钉内固定术中的应用及其优缺点作一综述。Three-dimensional printing technology is a new type of rapid prototyping technology, it is based on computer 3D design, uses adhesive materials such as powdered metal or plastic to construct corresponding models through the ways of laminated manufacturing and overlapping.3D printing technology could reconstruct three-dimensional model for preoperative planning and operation simulation via CT scan, and then better estimate unusual bony structure and vertebral artery. Also this technology could improve the accuracy and safety of cervical pedicle screw implantation and reduce the risk of screw violation.Otherwise, preoperative sham operation could shorten the time of operation and reduce the volume of bleeding and the risk of other serious complications. Compared with the conventional method, 3D printing technology has greatly improved the accuracy and safety of the operation. Also it has broad prospects in clinical application. The author review the advantages and disadvantages of 3D printing technology in the use of cervical pedicle screw tmplantation.
