摘 要:自噬是真核生物进化过程中高度保守的细胞自稳程序,可以通过降解细胞内不必要的物质成分,增强细胞的存活率,维持细胞内稳态。但在一些特殊状态下,如氧化应激、营养物质缺乏、疾病、以及缺血再灌注过程中,自噬的活性则会明显增强。现阶段:对于缺血再灌注的研究较为广泛,实验证明,缺血再灌注全过程均有细胞自噬的参与。本文就自噬在缺血再灌注损伤过程中的研究进展及其可能机制进行综述。Autophagy is a highly conserved process of cellular homeostasis in eukaryotic evolution. It can enhance the cell survival rate and maintain the intracellular homeostasis through the degradation ofurmecessary components, but in some special conditions, such as oxidative stress, lack of nutrients, disease, and the process of ischemia and reperfusion, autophagy activity will be significantly enhanced, At present, there is a wide range of Studies on ischemia reperfusion. The experiment proved that the whole process ofischemia and reperfusion had the involvement of autophagy. in this paper, the research progress and the possible mechanism of autophagy in the process of ischemia reperfusion injury were reviewed.
