摘　　要：新农村建设规划要遵循"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"的原则,这一原则为新农村建设规划提出了新的要求与挑战,也是乡村景观规划建设与新农村规划建设关系的基础。首先分析了新农村建设发展的基本思路,接着总结了乡村景观概念中的内涵要素,最后探讨了两者的耦合关系。Planning of new rural construction should follow principles of ＇ production development, well- off life, rural wind civilization, clean village capacity and democratic management＇. This principle puts forward new requirements and challenges for construction of new rural areas, and is also the basis of relationship between rural landscape planning and construction and planning and construction of new countryside. First of all, basic ideas of construction and development of new countryside were analyzed, and then connotation and elements of concept of rural landscape were summarized. Finally, coupling relationship be- tween them was discussed.
