摘　　要：目的了解邢台城乡2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况、药物使用及用药依从性,为该地2型糖尿病的进一步治疗提供依据。方法于2016年3月1日-5月30日采用分层随机抽样,从邢台市区和农村共抽取2 381人进行调查,收集并分析患者基本信息、血糖控制情况、药物使用及用药依从性。结果农村2型糖尿病患者的文化程度低于城市,小学及以下者占75%;血糖控制达标率为25.83%,农村2型糖尿病患者血糖控制达标率为19.01%,低于城市患者血糖控制达标率的29.63%(χ~2=32.168,P<0.001);单纯口服降糖药的患者占82.95%,以单纯口服1种降糖药者最多,占47.21%,农村患者单纯使用1种降糖药者达53.17%;农村患者用药依从率为87.79%,较城市患者用药依从率94.83%低(χ~2=38.216,P<0.001)。结论 2016年邢台城乡2型糖尿病患者血糖控制达标率低,药物依从性差,特别是农村患者,应该加强患者健康教育,提高用药依从性,有效控制患者血糖。Objective To learn the situation about glycemic control , drug therapy and drug-use adherence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in city and countryside of Xingtai, so as to provide basis for the further treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 2,381 people selected from city and countryside of Xingtai by stratified and random sampling were investigated from March 1 to May 30 in 2016. The patients＇ basic information, situations of glycemic control , drug therapy and drug-use adherence were col- lected and analyzed. Results The education of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was poorer in the countryside than in the city, with 75% of them having education level of primary school and below. The overall glycemic control rate was 25.83%, with lower rate in the countryside （ 19.01% ） than in the city（29.63%） （χ2= 32.168,P〈0.001）. 82.95% patients have pure oral medi- cation, and 47.21% of them took one hypoglycemic drug. In the countryside, 53.17% took one hypoglycemic drug. The drug-use adherence rate in the countryside （87.79%） was lower than in the city（94.83%） （χ2= 38.216,P〈0.001）. Conclusions The glyeemie control rate of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is lower in the city and countryside of Xingtai in 2016. Drug-use adherence is poor, especially in the countryside. Health education should be strengthened and drug-use adherence should be pro- moted to effectively control blood glucose of diabetic patients.
