红外热像仪检测糖尿病患者足背温度反应异常的研究

摘　　要：目的 :通过糖尿病 (DM)患者手背受冷刺激后 ,用红外热像仪检测足背温度 ,探讨与患者年龄、病程、血糖、血脂的关系。 方法 :用红外热像仪检测手背受冷刺激前、后 2 0例健康成年人和 5 5例DM患者的足背温度。 结果 :健康对照组表现正常图型 ,DM组中异常图型 4 5例 (81 8% ) ,DM组中温度振幅正异常型与患者年龄、病程有显著性差异 ,而与血糖、血脂、高密度脂蛋白无统计学意义。 结论 :红外热像仪检查DM患者的足背温度反应 ,是一种准确而无创伤检测肢体循环状态的理想方法。Objective:To study the temperature reaction of dorsum pedal in diabetes mellitus,and the relationship between the normal abnormal reaction figure and age,duration,blood surgar level and blood lipid level Methods:The dorsum pedal temperature in 20 healthy adults and 55 cases of diabetes mellitus(DM)were detected with infrared thermograph.The detection was done before stimulation and every minute after stimulation(dorsum of hands stimulated with 5℃ cold water for 30 seconds)for 30 minutes.The temperature datum before stimulation was taken as zero point of base line and positive negative temperature difference after stimulation was recorded above or below the base line.Results:(1)In the healthy group the reaction figure presented as normal,the central amplitude of vabration-1.2 0.5℃;(2)In the DM group 81.8% cases manifested as abnormal figures including 3 types,ascending type 4 cases with the amplitued-1～3℃,descending type 34 cases with the amplitued 0～ 3℃and no reaction 7 cases with the amplitude -0.2～0.2℃;(3)in the DM group the relationship between normal abnormal amplitude types and SG,SC and HDL-C showed no statistical significance.Conclusion:The detection of temperature reaction of dorsum pedal in senile DM patients with infrared thermograph is one of the accurate and non-invasive examinations for limb circulation.
