摘　　要：透气膜是暖贴的关键原材料之一,透气膜的稳定性直接关系着暖贴产品质量的稳定性,从透气膜生产过程入手,分析原料、造粒、流延拉伸过程对透气膜透湿量波动的影响,为稳定透气膜透湿量,改进暖贴产品质量提供了依据。Ventilated membrane is one of the key raw materials of warm paste, stability of ventilated membrane directly affects the stability of warm paste quality, this article from the production process of the ventilated membrane, the impact of raw materials, granulating, casting process of fluctuation of ventilated membrane is analysised. It provides the basis for the stability of water vapor transmission of ventilated membrane and improving the quality of warm paste.
