摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法快速筛查食品塑料包装袋中5种苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂的检测方法。样品使用甲醇-二氯甲烷混合溶剂超声萃取。用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(100×2.1mm,1.7μm)色谱柱分离,甲醇和0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,通过高分辨质谱的全扫描/实时二级质谱扫描(Full Scan/ddMS2)模式进行检测,得到准确的母离子质量数和准确的碎片离子信息,构建了5种苯并三唑类化合物的筛查数据库,并进行定性定量分析。结果表明,5种目标物在1.0~100.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数(R2)均大于0.994;定量限为0.5~2.5μg/kg;3个水平下的加标回收率为86.4%~97.5%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~7.2%。本方法简便、快速、可靠,专属性高,重现性良好,能满足食品塑料包装袋中5种苯并三唑类化合物的快速筛查与定量分析。The sample was ultrasonic extracted with methanol/dichloromethane (1 : 1, v/v). The separation was performed by water containing 0. 1 % (v/v) formic acid and methanol as the mobile phases with gradient elution at a flow rate of 0. 3 mL/min. Five benzotriazole ultraviolet stabilizers were screened qualitatively and determined quantitatively by full scan /ddMS2 mode. The standard curves of five compounds showed good correlation coefficients (R2〉0. 994) in their concentration range of 1.0-100.0μg/1. The limits of quantitation for five benzotriazole ultraviolet stabilizers were in the range of 0.5-2.5 μg/kg. The mean recoveries at three spiked levels (low, middle and high) were 86.4%- 97.5% with relative standard deviations of 1.4 %-7.2 %. This method is accurate, simple, rapid and feasible.
