摘 要:采用快速高效的微波消解前处理方法,结合电感耦合等离子体质谱对化妆品标准物质中铅、镉、硒等元素进行测定,结果表明,选用HNO_3∶H_2O_2=6∶1的酸配比消解效果最好,所得各元素均在质控范围内,回收率均在90%~109%之间,RSD(n=6)均在2.4%~3.1%之间。超高压的微波前处理结合电感耦合等离子体质谱的方法,具有耐压能力强,操作快速简便等优点,能够满足化妆品等复杂样品的日常监测需求。Lead,cadmium and selenium in cosmetics were determined by ICP-MS combined with microwave assisted digestion based on domestic digestor. The results showed that HNO3 :H2O2 =6 : 1 was the best ratio of mixed acid , and all the elements were within the scope of reference values. The recoveries were between 90%-109%, and the RSD(n=6) were between 2.4%-3.1%. The method can meet the need of daily monitoring of cosmetics samples.
