摘　　要：高校图书馆已进入现代化、自动化的管理时代,学生馆员作为重要的人力资源,同样需要紧跟时代节奏,加快适应现代管理模式的脚步。而勤工管理者应作为主导者,在培训、考评、制度、关怀、技术以及管理模式等六个方面努力寻求突破,为学生馆员逐步适应现代化背景下的图书馆勤工助学工作探索新的途径。The university library has entered the era of modernization and open management of student librarians as an important human resource, also need to keep up the tempo, speed up the pace to adapt to the modem management mode, through the study on the status of university.library work program analysis, put forward six upgrade path for the University Library under the background of modernization work study management to explore a new direction.
