中俄两国产能合作现状与未来的战略布局

摘　　要：在"一带一盟"战略对接及我国产能国际化发展背景下,中俄两国在贸易、能源、轨道及国防等产能合作方面取得了显著的成效,但综合分析中俄产能合作的全过程,两国产能合作还面临着许多不确定的因素。未来,在中蒙俄经济走廊构建框架下,中俄两国将以矿业开发为基础形成产能合作矿业产业集群、打造以高端装备制造为重点的产能合作新高地、构建以高新技术研发为核心的产能合作研发园,建立以农林牧业加工为抓手的产能合作加工区,实现中俄两国产能合作的协同发展。Under the background of ＂ one belt andone league＂ strategy,great achievements have been made in capacity cooperations of trade,energy,rail construction and national defense between China and Russia. However,by analyzing the whole process of Sino-Russia capacity cooperation,there still exist many uncertainties in it. In the future,under the framework of China,Mongolia and Russia economic corridor construction,China and Russia will form the capacity cooperation mining industry cluster based on the mining industry development,forge the new and high capacity cooperation level depending on the high-end equipment manufacture,build the capacity cooperation RD Park regarding high technology research and development as the key point,establish the capacity cooperation processing zone treating the forestry and animal husbandry processing as the starting point so as to realize harmony development of capacity cooperation between China and Russia.
