摘  要:目的探讨高压氧联合西洛他唑对糖尿病足患者血小板平物体积(MPV)、周围神经传导速度及血液粘滞度的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年8月期间70例在我院治疗的糖尿病足患者作为对象。按照简单随机法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各组35名,对照组仅予以西洛他唑治疗,观察组联合高压氧及西洛他唑治疗。比较两组患者治疗后血小板参数、周围神经传导速度及血液粘滞度的变化。结果两组患者治疗后Plt、MPV、PDW及PCT水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后MPV、PDW水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后运动及感觉神经传导速度均高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后,运动及感觉神经传导速度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后PAG(M)%、PAG(1’)%、血浆比粘度(100s)、β-TG、PF-4明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PAG(M)%、PAG(1’)%、血浆比粘度(100s)、β-TG、PF-4低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合西洛他唑可有效降低血小板参数水平、提高周围神经传导速度、改善血液粘滞度,对治疗糖尿病微血管病变具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with cilostazol on MPV, peripheral nerve conduction velocity and blood viscosity in diabetic foot patients. Methods From January 2015 to August 2016, 70 diabetic foot patients were studied. According to the simple random method were divided into control group and observa- tion group. The control group only received cilostazol treatment. The observation group was treated with cilostazol com- bined and hyperbaric oxygen. The changes of platelet parameters, peripheral nerve conduction velocity and blood viscosi- ty were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of Plt, MPV, PDW and PCT in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05). The levels of MPV and PDW in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P〈0.05), and the motor and sensory nerve conduction velocities in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The PAG(M), PAG(1 )%%, Plasma vis- cosity (100s), beta -TG and PF-4 before treatment of the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment (P〈0.05). PAG(M), PAG(1) %%, Plasma viscosity(100s), beta, -TG PF-4 of control group were lower than that of observation group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with cilostazol can effectively reduce platelet parameters and improve the level of peripheral nerve conduction velocity, improve blood viscosity, which has important clinical significance in the treatment of diabetic microangiopathy.
