农村慢性病老人三种照料方式的养老困境

摘　　要：中国经济在近三十年得到了快速发展,但是农村慢性病老人这一弱势群体的家庭养老问题却日益突出。通过详细地了解农村慢性病老人的生存状况和家庭养老所面临的困难,详细阐述三种照料方式(自我照料、老伴照料和子女照料)在照料方面的差异。农村慢性病老人的家庭养老问题的解决,不仅需要个人、家庭的努力,也需要国家给予相应的制度安排。China＇ s economy has been developing rapidly in the past three decades, but the problem of family pension for this vulnerable group in rural chronic diseases has become increasingly prominent.This study details the differences in care between the three types of care （self-care, caregiving and child care ）by a detailed understanding of the living conditions of rural chronic diseases and the difficulties faced by the family penslon.Rural dilemma of the old age of the elderly dilemma to solve this dilemma, not only need personal, family efforts, but also need the state to give the appropriate institutional arrangements.
