摘　　要：2012年开始,中国社会科学院考古研究所与乌兹别克斯坦科学院考古研究所合作,对明铁佩城址进行了五次大规模考古勘探与发掘。发掘显示,明铁佩城址是包括内、外两重城垣的大型城址。发现的重要遗迹和遗物,为建立该城址及其所处的费尔干纳盆地出土遗物的时代序列和城址的年代研究提供了重要资料。Since 2012, the Institute of Archaeology of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Institute of Archaeology of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan organized joint archaeological team and conducted five terms of large-scale archaeological detection and excavation to the Mingtepa City Site in Uzbekistan. The excavation showed that the Mingtepa Site is a large-scale city site with nested inner and outer cities, confirmed the coexistence relationships among the architectural sites with high earthen platform foundations, city walls, gates, streets and handicraft workshop remains, which are the scientific evidences for the in-depth researches on the layout and cultural connotations of the inner city; the burials found nearby the east wall of the outer city provided rare data of the terminus ante quem of the abandoning of the outer city.
