城口唐松草化学成分的研究

摘　　要：唐松草属植物Thalictrum L.含双苄基异喹啉生物碱(简称BBI),具有抗肿瘤和钙拮抗等药理作用。为寻找天然活性成分,我们对城口唐松草Thalictrum fargesii Franch.的地下部分进行了研究,从中分得四个BBI生物碱和一个非生物碱,分别鉴定为唐松草新碱(Ⅰ)、香唐松草碱(Ⅱ)、thaligosinine(Ⅲ)、thalisopidine(Ⅳ)From the root of Thalictrum fargesii Franch, four bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids and a non-base were isolated and identified as thalidasine(Ⅰ), thalfoetidine(Ⅱ), thaligosinine, thalisopidine and 2-hydroxy-5 methoxybenzoic acid, respectively. Ⅰ as an Ca^(2+) antagonist which has actions on both voltage dependent channel and receptor dependent channel was reported for the first time.
