摘　　要：随着造影剂使用的增加,造影剂肾病的发生率不断升高,已成为仅次于肾灌注不足和肾毒性药物引起的医院获得性肾损伤的第三大常见原因.但是其发病机制还不清楚,而且无特效的治疗方法.所以,预防就显得尤为重要,远端缺血预处理的方法操作简单,无创,效果理想,更应成为首选方法.With the increased use of contrast agents, the incidence of contrast induced nephropathy has become the third most common cause of renal injury caused by the hospital, following renal hypoperfusion and renal toxicity. But its pathogenesis is not clear, and there is no specific treatment. Therefore, prevention is particularly important. The method of remote ischemic preconditioning is simple, noninvasive and effective, and should be the first method.
