摘　　要：INTRODUCTIONAt present in China, hospital-based dialysis facilities are fully occupied, while the number of community hemodialysis （HD） centers is growing. In December 2016, the National Health and Family Planning Commission of China （NHFPC） set up ＂the regulations for the basic standard and the management of hemodialysis center,＂ which are the unified principles of the nation, as the mark of the policy released for independent HD centers.INTRODUCTIONAt present in China, hospital-based dialysis facilities are fully occupied, while the number of community hemodialysis （HD） centers is growing.
