摘　　要：2型糖尿病以碳水化合物代谢紊乱为主,还伴发有脂质和蛋白质等营养物质的代谢紊乱。近年来,代谢组学广泛应用于2型糖尿病研究,取得了巨大进展并展现了鼓舞人心的前景。为此,本文对代谢组学、基于代谢组学的2型糖尿病早期诊断及预测的生物标志物的最新进展做一综述。Type 2 diabetes mellitus is characterized by metabolic disorders in carbohydrates,lipids and proteins. Recently,metabolomics has been widely applied in type 2 diabetes mellitus research,achieves fruitful results and shows promising perspective. This paper provides a brief overview of the latest progress in prediction and early clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus based on metabolomics.
