摘　　要：辽代榆州行政区划的调整经历了由头下州到方州的转变。其中的缘由与辽圣宗朝政局变化及行政区划调整有关。榆州刺史的选任,反映出辽代地方州城的管理既考虑一些家族的地方影响又顾及任职者的才华,公、私之间的过渡也很微妙。The transform about Yuzhou in Liao Dynasty adjustment of administrative division experienced from the Touxiazhou to the administrative state. The reason is related to the changes in the political situation and the adjustment of administrative divisions of Liaoshengzong period.The election of Yuzhou provincial governor reflected the Liao Dynasty local state management not only consider the local influence of some families but also take into account the talent of incumbents, and the transition between public and private is also very subtle.
