摘 要:本实验以甘肃石羊河和宁夏中宁的两种种源地沙枣为材料,当幼苗处于六叶一心期时,分别用含有0%、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%NaCl的Hoagland营养液处理,2周后测定了沙枣幼苗的相关指标.结果表明,和对照相比,0.3%NaCl对甘肃石羊河沙枣幼苗生长没有显著抑制作用,但却显著抑制了宁夏中宁沙枣幼苗的生长,随NaCl浓度的增加,甘肃石羊河和宁夏中宁沙枣幼苗的生长都受到了显著抑制,相同浓度NaCl条件下,甘肃石羊河沙枣幼苗的生长受到的抑制程度要明显小于宁夏中宁沙枣幼苗.随NaCl浓度的增加,两种种源地沙枣幼苗的Na^+含量明显增加,K^+含量明显下降,Na^+/K^+明显增加,光合速率明显下降,有机物质含量明显增加,但相同浓度NaCl条件下,甘肃石羊河沙枣幼苗的Na^+含量明显低于宁夏中宁沙枣幼苗的Na^+含量,甘肃石羊河沙枣幼苗的K^+含量、有机物质含量和光合速率明显高于宁夏中宁沙枣幼苗的K^+含量、有机物质含量和光合速率.以上结果表明甘肃石羊河沙枣比宁夏中宁沙枣具有更强的耐盐性,其耐盐性的大小可能与其产地的含盐量密切相关,但其机理需要进一步研究.Elaeagnus angustifolia L. seedlings from Shiyanghe in Gansu and Zhongning in Ningxia were treated with Hoagland containing 0 %,0.3 %,0.6 %,0.9 % and 1.2 % NaCl respectively when the seedlings reached six-leaf stage. After two weeks,the plant height,biomass,photosynthetic parameters,ions content,organic osmotic substance content were measured. The results showed that 0.3 % NaCl treatment had no obviously effect on the growth of E. angustifolia seedlings from Shiyanghe,but significantly inhibited the growth of E. angustifolia seedlings from Zhongning. With the increasing of NaCl concentration,the growth of E. angustifolia seedlings from Shiyanghe and Zhongning was significantly inhibited. Under the same NaCl concentration,the inhibition of NaCl on the growth of E. angustifolia seedlings form Shiyanghe was significantly lower than that from Zhongning. With the increasing NaCl concentration,the Na~+,Na~+/K~+and the organic matter content of E. angustifolia seedlings from the two provenances increased significantly while the K~+content and the photosynthetic rate decreased significantly.However,under the same NaCl concentration,the content of Na~+of E. angustifolia seedlings from Shiyanghe was significantly lower than that of Zhongning. The K~+content,organic matter content and photosynthetic rate of E. angustifolia seedlings from Shiyanghe were significantly higher than those from Zhongning. In conclusion,E. angustifolia seedlings from Shiyanghe are more salt tolerant than those from Zhongning. Salt tolerance may be closely related to the amount of salt in its origin,but the mechanism needs further study.
