钙离子通道阻滞剂治疗高血压合并轻度心衰患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察钙离子通道阻滞剂(calcium channel blocker,CCB)在血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,ACEI)联合β受体阻滞剂(β-blocker)基础上治疗高血压合并轻度慢性心衰患者临床效果。方法根据治疗方案不同,入选病例随机分为治疗组、观察组,3个月后比较治疗前后分别测血压、心率、左室舒张末径(LVDd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)情况。结果苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平在福辛普利联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗慢性心衰,治疗组、对照组在治疗前后心率、血压、左室舒张末径、左室射血分数差异有统计学意义,治疗组效果明显优于对照组。结论在高血压合并轻度慢性心衰患者中,福辛普利联合富马酸比索洛尔治疗基础上加用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,可有效血压达标并进一步改善患者心功能。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of CCB combined with ACEI and β-blocker in the treatment of hypertension patients with mild chronic heart failure. Methods Hypertension patients with mild chronic cardiac failure were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The efficacy were observed after 3 months, concluding blood pressure, heart rate, left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVDd） and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）. Results In the treatment of patients with hypertension induced mild chronic heart failure, Levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with Fosinopril and Bisoprolol fumarate, there were statistically significally differences between the two groups by blood pressure, heart rate,（LVDd and LVEF. Combination therapy plan could get further improvements in patients＇ heart function. Conclusion The combination therapy with Levamlodipine besylate tablets, Fosinopril and Bisoprolol fumarate is more effective than Levamlodipine besylate on patients with mild chronic heart failure.
