摘　　要：NLRP3炎性小体在慢性炎症的发生发展过程中很可能发挥着重要作用,它在心血管疾病中的作用也越来越受到关注。近年研究发现,运动对激活NLRP3炎性小体影响心功能有密切关联。本文介绍了关于运动预适应通过下调NLRP3炎症小体影响心功能的研究进展。NLRP3 inflammatory small bodies in the development and progression of chronic inflammation may play an important role.And its role in the process of cardiovascular disease also get more and more attention.In Recent years, study finds that motion activated NLRP3 inflammatory body are closely related to affect heart function.This paper describes the search progress of the exercise preconditioning affects heart function via reducing NLRP3 inflammatory body.
