摘 要:目的探讨在临床耳鼻喉科学教学中医学模拟教学(MST)联合以病例为基础的教学(CBL)的效果。方法选取我院2012级本科生106名,随机分作CM组(n=53)和C组(n=53),CM组和C组分别采用CBL联合MST教学和单一CBL教学,并从主客观两方面对学习效果进行评价。结果 CM组客观试卷考试成绩和主观调查评价成绩均高于C组(P<0.05)。结论与单一CBL教学相比,CBL联合MST教学可提高学生的综合素质,有助于学生理论结合临床,缩短进入临床的适应时间。Objective To investigate the effect of combined case based instruction (CBL) in clinical otorhinolaryngology instruction in traditional Chinese Medicine Simulation Teaching (MST). Methods 2012 undergraduate students of grade 106 in our hospital were randomly divided into group CM (n=53) and group C (n=53), group CM and group C adopted CBL combined MST teaching and single CBL teaching respectively, and evaluate the learning effect from two aspects of subjective and objective. Results The scores of objective test paper, examination result and subjective investigation and evaluation of group CM were higher than those of group C (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the single CBL teaching, CBL combined with MST teaching can improve the comprehensive quality of students and help students combine theory with clinical practice and shorten the adaptation time to enter the clinic.
