经阴道超声结合腹部超声在卵巢巧克力囊肿中的诊断体会

摘　　要：目的经阴道超声结合腹部超声在卵巢巧克力囊肿中的诊断体会。方法选取我院2015年7月—2017年7月经手术病理证实的42例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者为研究对象,通过回顾性分析其全部的临床资料,所有患者均接受经阴道超声结合腹部超声检查。观察分析其诊断结果。结果 42例患者经阴道超声结合腹部超声诊断符合率分别为85.71%(36/42)、73.81%(31/42);42例患者的声像学特征包括5种类型,即分层型、实性型、单纯囊肿型、囊内肿贴壁光块、多囊型、囊内囊实相间杂乱回声、囊内均匀光点型等。结论经阴道超声结合腹部超声在卵巢巧克力囊肿的诊断价值较高,且能提高卵巢囊肿诊断的准确性,从而为患者的临床诊治提供一定参考依据。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in ovarian chocolate cysts. Methods From July 2015 to July 2017, 42 cases of ovarian chocolate cysts proved by operation and .pathology in our hospital were selected as the subjects, all the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, they underwent transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasonography. The diagnosis results were observed and analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of 42 cases with transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound was 85.71% （36/42） and 73.81% （31/42） respectively; The sonographic features of 42 patients included 5 types： stratified, solid type, simple cyst type, cystic swelling, adherent mass, polycystic type, cystic internal solid, mixed echo, homogeneous cystic spot, etc. Conclusion The diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in ovarian chocolate cysts is higher, and can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of ovarian cysts, so as to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients.
