宫腔镜术前使用韩氏穴位神经刺激仪对恶心呕吐的影响研究

摘　　要：目的对比观察宫腔镜术前使用韩氏穴位神经刺激仪与不使用电刺激对疼痛及恶心呕吐的影响。方法随机抽取我院接收的进行宫腔镜手术的患者120例,将其分为试验组和对照组。试验组中的患者在进行宫腔镜术之前使用韩式穴位神经刺激仪,对照组则只是进行取穴,但是不进行电刺激。结果试验组中的患者在术后恶心呕吐的概率低于对照组。结论宫腔镜术前使用韩式穴位神经刺激仪对恶心呕吐有着缓解的作用,可以降低不良反应的发生率,缓解术后的症状。Objective The use of comparative observation of Hafts acupoint nerve stimulator befbre hysteroscopic surgery with and without the use ofelectrical stimulation effect on pain and nausea and vomiting. Methods 120 patients who received hysteroscopy surgery in our hospital were randomly selected. They were divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, the Han＇s acupoint nerve stimulator was used before hysteroscopy, control group received only acupuncture, but not electrical stimulation. Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The use of Han＇s acupoint nerve stimulator before hysteroscopy can relieve nausea and vomiting. It can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and relieve the symptoms after operation.
