摘 要:目的研究血糖波动与老年2型糖尿病患者认知功能障碍的关系。方法对我院2016年7月—2017年6月收治的80例老年2型糖尿病患者进行72 h动态血糖监测(CGMS),根据蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)将其分为甲、乙两组,其中,甲组50例为非认知功能障碍患者,乙组30例为认知功能障碍患者,比较两组的CGMS情况。结果乙组血糖波动情况高于甲组,且FPG、2 hPG、HbAl C分别是(8.51±2.41)mmol/L、(13.6±3.19)mmol/L、(8.41±1.07)mmol/L,均高于甲组,P<0.05。结论老年2型糖尿病患者血糖波动与认知功能障碍的发生存在密切关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between glycemic fluctuation and cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From July 2016 to June 2017, 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated 72 h dynamic blood glucose monitoring (CGMS) in our hospital, according to the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA), it was divided into two groups, among them, 50 cases in group A were non cognitive dysfunction patients, group B was 30 patients with cognitive dysfunction, CGMS of the two groups was compared. Results In group B, blood glucose fluctuations were higher than that in group A, FPG, hPG, HbA1C and 2 respectively (8.51±2.41) mmol/L, (13.6±3.19) mmol/L, (8.41± 1.07) retool/L, were higher than that of group A, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion There is a close relationship between the fluctuation of blood glucose and cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
