摘　　要：患者,青年男性,15岁,1岁左右家长发现其右侧躯干部出现几个皮色针尖大小丘疹,随年龄增长而渐增多、增大,随着青春期发育,丘疹顶端出现白色角质栓,逐渐变成黑头粉刺样丘疹。近1年以来发现右前臂有一小肿物,逐渐增大。无明显瘙痒、疼痛等不适,无破溃,未予相关治疗。皮肤镜表现符合黑头粉刺痣诊断。根据病史、临床表现及辅助检查等诊断为黑头粉刺痣。A fifteen-year old boy, presented with groups of papules filled with black keratinous plugs resembling blackheads over the right side of the trunk and a nodule in his right forearm.When he was one-year old, his parents found out sevral little papule in his right trunk, though increased with age. Along with puberty, there were white keratin plugs on top of pimples, which gradually became black head comedo.There was no itching and no pain.There was no history of any other treatments or procedures. Dermoscopy was useful in the diagnosis of nevus comedonicus. According to his case history and assistant examination, it＇s diagnosed as comedo nevus.
