他克莫司对老年激素抵抗型肾病综合征的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析他克莫司治疗老年激素抵抗型肾病综合征(NS)患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年8月—2016年6月收治的激素抵抗型NS患者68例作为研究对象。所有患者在常规治疗的基础上,给予他克莫司进行治疗,评价患者的临床疗效,并对治疗前后的24 h尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白和总胆固醇水平进行比较。结果本组68例患者的总有效率为82.4%;治疗后,总胆固醇、24 h尿蛋白水平下降,血浆白蛋白水平上升,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论他克莫司治疗老年激素抵抗型NS患者的疗效确切。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tacrolimus in the treatment of senile hormone-resistant nephrotic syndrome （NS）. Methods Sixty-eight patients with hormone-resistant NS who were treated in our hospital from August 2015 to June 2016 were analyzed. On the basis of routine treatment, tacrolimus was provided to patients and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Before and after treatment, 24 h urinary protein, plasma albumin and total cholesterol levels were compared. Results The total effective rate was 82.4% in 68 patients. After treatment, the levels of total cholesterol, 24 h urinary protein were decreased and plasma albumin were increased, which were statistically different from those before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of tacrolimus in the treatment of senile hormone-resistant NS patients is accurate.
