依折麦布与氟伐他汀药物并用于冠心病降脂治疗过程中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察对冠心病患者采取依折麦布+氟伐他汀的方案进行治疗后的效果。方法选取2016年10月—2017年5月我院收治的冠心病患者100例作为研究对象。依据远程随机原则,将其分为两组,每组各50例患者。对照组给予氟伐他汀治疗,观察组在此基础上,联合依折麦布治疗。对比两组的血脂改善情况和发生的不良反应概率。结果治疗后,观察组在4项血脂指标改善情况均优于对照组,且不良反应的发生率为2.00%,低于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在使用氟伐他汀的基础上,针对冠心病患者再联合实施依折麦布的方案治疗,其效果更为理想。Objective To observe the effect of ezetimibe and fluvastatin in the treatment for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from October 2016 to May 2017 Were divided into two groups according to the principle of remote randomization, and 50 patients in each group. The control group was given fluvastatin treatment, the observation group was given combination of ezetimibe and fluvastatin, the lipid level and the incidence of adverse reaction probability between two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the improvement of four blood lipid indexes of the patients in observation group was better than control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2% in observation group, lower than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Based on the use of fluvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease, the implementation of ezetimibe treatment can achieve more ideal effect.
