手术室护理在腹腔镜下结直肠肿瘤切除术中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探析手术室细节护理干预对腹腔镜下结直肠肿瘤切除术患者恢复的效果。方法选取我院2014年1月—2017年7月收治的腹腔镜下结直肠肿瘤切除术患者152例,将其分为观察组和对照组,各76例,对照组给予手术室常规护理措施,观察组采取手术室细节护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组术后恢复情况、术后并发症发生率7.89%与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对腹腔镜下结直肠肿瘤切除术患者采取手术室细节护理干预,可促进患者术后恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of surgical room nursing intervention on laparoscopic resection of colorectal tumor. Methods 152 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal resection in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2017. The patients were divided into observation group and control group, 76 eases were treated with routine nursing measures in the control group, The observation group took the nursing room details nursing intervention, compared the two groups of nursing effect. Results The recovery rate was 7.89% different from those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer patients underwent detailed nursing intervention in operation room, can promote the recovery of patients after surgery.
