利用集卵孵化法与Kato-Katz法不同检查次数诊断血吸虫病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察利用集卵孵化法与Kato-Katz法不同检查次数诊断血吸虫病的效果。方法选取2000年6月~2017年6月对血吸虫病流行村有疫水接触史居民200例,分别利用集卵孵化法和Kato-Katz法进行诊断检查,比较两种检查方法不同检查次数对血吸虫病的诊断效果。结果 Kato-Katz法z送3检2送6检的血吸虫卵检查结果为阳性的居民分别有38例和44例,阳性检出率分别为19.00%和22.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同一份粪样,Kato-Katz法1送3检的血吸虫卵和集卵孵化法孵化法血吸虫毛蚴的阳性检出率分别为18.00%和17.00%,Kato-Katz法两送六检与Kato-Katz法联合集卵孵化法的阳性检出率为22.00%和23.00%,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在联合应用Kato-Katz法1送3检和集卵孵化法诊断效果十分显著,可以完全取代Kato-Katz法2送6检,值得在现场应用过程中进行病原体检查。Objective To observe the micracidium hatching method and Kato-Katz method to check the number of different diagnosis of schistosomiasis effect.Methods The June 2000 ~2017 year in June has a history of water contact a total of 200 residents of schistosomiasis endemic villages,respectively using micracidium hatching method and Kato-Katz method for diagnostic examination,diagnosis effect comparison of two different methods to check check the number of schistosomiasis.Results Kato Katz method Z sent 3 inspection schistosomiasis examination results of 2 sent 6 inspection for positive residents were 38 cases and 44 cases,the positive rate was 19% and 22.00% respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the same fecal samples,Kato Katz 1 to send 3 detection of schistosome eggs and incubation incubation of schistosome miracidium positive rates were 18% and 17%,Kato Katz two to send the United incubation six inspection and Kato Katz positive rate was 22% and 23%,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The combined application of Kato Katz method in 1 sent 3 inspection and micracidium hatching method diagnosis effect is very significant, can completely replace the Ka To-Katz method 2 send 6 tests,it is worth in the field of application of pathogen inspection
