摘　　要：目的　评价倒装型交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的效果。方法　C型臂X线机透视闭合复位 ,做膝关节小切口 ,从股骨髁间窝处插入倒装型髓内钉治疗股骨髁上及髁间复杂骨折患者 2 6例。结果　 2 6例切口顺利愈合 ,无关节感染发生 ,骨折复位好 ,2 4例平均 12 4周骨愈合 ,膝关节屈曲平均 118°。结论　倒装钉手术操作简单、固定可靠、对软组织破坏少 ,骨愈合率明显提高。用于治疗股骨远端复杂骨折手术效果好。Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect of the retrograde intramedullary nail for the treatment of compound fracture of distal end of the femur Methods The operative technique involved retrograde insertion of a retrograde intramedullary nail through the intercondylar notch.Results 24 fractures of 26 patients healed with an average time to union in 12 4 weeks(range 8～16 weeks).Average range of motion of the knee was 118 degrees.There were no superficial or deep infections.Conclusion The retrograde intramedullary nail provides rigid internal fixation for rapid healing and is an excellent alternative to plate osteosynthesis in the management of compound fracture of the distal end of the femur.
