摘　　要：目的建立食糜和生物体液等基质复杂中毒检材中10种抗凝血类杀鼠剂的高效液相色谱仪的快速检测方法。方法样品经乙酸乙酯提取法或乙腈提取法萃取,氮吹浓缩后用初始流动相复溶,直接上高效液相色谱仪进行定性试验与定量检测。结果 10种抗凝血类杀鼠剂的定量下限为5~100μg/L,加标回收率在74.2%~107.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.5%~15.6%之间。结论本方法简单、快速、灵敏,适用于抗凝血类杀鼠剂中毒事件的快速检测。[Objective]To establish the rapid detection method for 10 kinds of anticoagulant rodenticide in complex matrix of chyme and biological fluids by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. [Methods]Samples were treated by ethyl acetate extraction or acetonitrile extraction,dissolved by the initial mobile phase after nitrogen condensation,and directly detected by HPLC for qualitative test and quantitative detection. [Results] The lower limit of quantitation for 10 kinds of anticoagulant rodenticide were 5-100 μg/L,and the recovery rates were between 74.2% and 107%. The relative standard deviation（RSD） was 2.5%-15.6%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and suitable for the rapid detection of anticoagulant rodenticide poisoning events.
