摘　　要：目的了解江苏省医疗机构在恙虫病诊疗过程中存在的问题。方法利用2011—2015年江苏省大疫情系统的恙虫病报告卡,描述不同级别医院(乡级、县级、地市级和省级)报告病例占比及变化趋势,以及不同级别医院报告病例的时间、地点及人群分布情况。结果 2011—2015年江苏省恙虫病报告以县级医院为主,占56.2%;地市级医院报告病例占比呈上升趋势,由2011年的2.5%上升为2015年的15.8%;随医院级别提高,发病到诊断时间越长,均值由乡级医院的5.8 d到省级医院的10.4 d。结论江苏省不同级别医院对恙虫病的认识存在差异,基层医疗机构对恙虫病认识不足,需加强对其进行培训及健康教育。[Objective]To find out the problems on diagnosis and treatment of tsutsugamushi disease in medical institutions of Jiangsu Province. [Methods]On the basis of tsutsugamushi disease report cards from the epidemic situation system of Jiangsu Province from 2011-2015,the proportions of cases from different level hospitals（township level,county level,municipal level and provincial level）and change trend were described,while the spatial,temporal and population distribution of cases reported by different level hospitals were analyzed. [Results]Most of tsutsugamushi disease cases were reported by the county level hospitals in Jiangsu Province from 2011-2015,accounting for 56.2%. The proportion of cases reported by municipal level hospitals showed a rising trend,which increased from 2.5% in 2011 to 15.8% in 2015. The duration of onset to diagnosis extended with the increasing level of hospital,which the mean value was 5.8 days in township level hospitals while that was 10.4 days in provincial level hospitals.[Conclusion]There is difference in cognition of tsutsugamushi disease among different level hospitals in Jiangsu Province. The primary medical institutions have insufficient awareness of tsutsugamushi disease,and it is necessary to strengthen the training and health education.
